Super salty, super spicy, super charged: not for the faint of heart, and definitely not for those on a diet. Budae jjigae is the bastardized Korean stew: ramen, kimchi, Spam, sausage, cheese and tofu. Soju or a pot of makgeolli actually goes down easy with this. It’s easily the most popular thing at Pocha 32, an homage to the pojang macha-style street food vendors in Korea who set up shop on the streets with a tarp and a long narrow bar, serving up hot and tasty post-drinking eats.
