It’s pouring outside today but I’m craving Red Mango’s patbingsoo.  Instead of ice cream, you get a nice dollop of frozen yogurt, watermelon, kiwis, bananas, watermelon, and some nuts, all on top of shaved ice with your choice of green tea or cranberry syrup.  Too bad they only offer this in Korea—I think it’d be a hit in the U.S. as well, don’tcha think so?  (It’s just typical Red Mango with shaved ice, if you think about it.)
