There are a great array of dishes to share family-style at EN Japanese Brasserie, which is just what we did for my graduation dinner. The anago dofu was my favorite: that entire bulbous layer on top was made up of sesame paste and mashed-up tofu, which complemented the grilled and marinated saltwater eel perfectly. Delicate yet rich.
