Dishes like this “Floating Sashimi” at Ninja New York make you wonder how much dry ice they go through a day, and how much it costs them… The restaurant itself is unabashedly gimmicky, but it’s great fun and worth at least one visit.  The waitstaff of ninjas will continually try to shock and “assassinate” you throughout the course of your meal (I promise it’s not as annoying as I make it sound).  I was especially impressed by the entire restaurant’s transformation into a traditional Japanese village—makes you feel like you’re at a theme park… Ninja New York25 Hudson St.New York, NY 10013
