Westville is cozy homestyle fare: there is something on the menu for everyone, and it’s always a safe bet to bring someone here when you want good, reasonably-priced comfort food. I’m not big on repeat visits to restaurants in New York, but I can say without a doubt that Westville has gotten my patronage the most. While I normally can’t resist their $13 market platter, which consists of a hearty helping of four market vegetables, I switched things up for once and got their lemon herb-marinated chicken—juicy, flavorful, and thankfully not dry, as most chicken tends to be. And it came with the option of two market sides anyway, so win-win for me, since I got to get my beets with walnuts and Brussels sprouts anyway. :)
