Forget this overblown frozen yogurt trend: no meal in warm weather is finished unless it’s finished with gelato.  When I studied abroad in Europe and went to Spain for about a week, I had gelato every single day.  Yikes.
Perhaps we didn’t pick the most visually appetizing quartet of colors, but it’s always the drab-colored ice cream that tastes the best. On the left is April sesamo (sesame) and mascarpone; the other cup is yogurt and cannella (cinnamon). The best part of the scoops here is that after you get your two, they’ll add a bonus “taste” of a random flavor on top!
A bit pricey at $4.50 for a small cup, but given how fresh the ingredients seemed, you get what you pay for. I think the cup size is deceivingly small—it’s just the right amount as an end-of-meal palate cleanser that won’t push your gut past your limit if you’re already stuffed.
